It's not easy, I know.
But you have to keep going.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Don't die, don't yield to the pain.
I can hardly breathe in or out.
Something breaks, cracks;
I start to worry, but then
The pain stops Dead: good.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Heart's still going: good.
Body's stopped shaking: good.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Stand up. Re-align.
Right foot forward
Left foot forward
Repeat. Again.
