Beloved,
My heart burns
In trying to prepare
An amazing poetic delicacy,
Spiced with Rhythm and Rhymes,
To describe your beauty

I had stumbled
Over and over again
On this page
In search of synonyms
That best connotes
Your graceful smile

Plagued incessantly
With the uncertainty
Of what your response might be
To this aroma of poetic words

My Gasping for metaphoric expressions
Has taken me to
A whole new realm
Where I'm lost
In the imagery of your love

I renounce the title 'poet'
For my inadequacies
In expressing my emotions

But,
If I must still retain
Such unbefitting title,
Then, I can only be worthy
By one singular art of poetry:
