Melting Into God Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Melting Into God

Rating: 5.0

Let me stand in the shower
Water cleansing mind body
Let me feel its power
Destructive thoughts now wiped out
Let me be cleansed of all sin
Virtue is good for the mind
Let droplets turn into streams
Let streams transform to rivers
Rivers into the Big See
Let me be so goddam cleansed
As pure as the virgin snow
Letting me melt into heart
Of the all-forgiving God

You are a very brave individual, Richard, you used God's name in vain IN THE SHOWER and you know how being struck by lightning in a shower would feel, don't you? You sure have a kick in your gallop, my friend!

This is a heart touching prayer of every soul who fear God. You just spoke out my heart.
