Love Deferred Poem by laksh my creations

My love for you is so ethereal,
But every time you are close it all becomes so unreal.
My heart can feel the voice of your heart though,
But it’s all a different picture that you show.
I believe in every word of yours,
But reality turns it all so sour.
I wanted you to walk with me throughout my life,
But you see me just as a passing phase of life.
How do I make you realize what I feel?
For me, you are the one where my entire world gets sealed.
You are my day and you are my night,
You are in my darkness and when it’s bright.
You are the reason I smile and for you I cry,
Your support is my Earth and yours arms are my sky.
It’s you, around whom I knit my living,
From happy moments to sad, it’s all worth enlacing.
Today you say me it’s all a false illusion,
But then even my life is in a damn delusion.
For, when you met, I didn’t know how would our future be?
But today, even if you leave, you will still remain my destiny.
Someday in future if you turn back and see,
I’ll still wait for “you” and “me” to become “WE”.
