Lock And The Key
Little pain is pleasurable when
It is followed by soothing love
when you are in love, you are in joy
And wish to have more and more
If love is the lock and pain the key
Without this key love can't be unlocked
Without pain you won't gain love
And pain disappears once you get love
Love and pain both are inter linked
Pain is the single pill for the love
Because pain increases the longing
and longing intensifies the love

Hi Rini, The Lock and Key is a symbol of love acknowledged by lovers all over the world. I have walked through two bridges, one in Koln in Germany and one in Paris in France. Along the bridge thousands of locks can been seen. I was unaware of its significance, until, i actually saw them. When i read your poem, i went back into the memory lane of these beautiful bridges. Let me quote your last verse: Love and pain both are inter linked Pain is the single pill for the love Because pain increases the longing and longing intensifies the love I love your style of writing. :) - A big 10 for you!

As light is accentuated by darkness, pain intensifies love! After a mild quarrel, lovers come together with greater warmth and understanding! This is usually proved true not only with regard to lovers but in most cases! I greatly admire your concluding lines, Rini!
