a thousand men
may stand before me
strong, with dark
shining spears
encircling you.
keeping you from me.
but do they think this will stop me?
i am willing to give my life
live and die a thousand times
wear a thousand different masks
cross oceans and stars
to find you.
the darkest forces are overcome
by my burning love
