Life Force Poem by R B Seals

Life Force

Rating: 5.0

In pensive, anxious moments,
Across lips strained and silent,
I whisper the sweet syllables
Of her name and once more
I am made whole again.

Amid confluent events that
Threaten to converge over me,
Her spirit comes to me to flow
Within and my soul becomes
Unbound, set free to roam.

Freedom gained, I know I am
Not alone for, as I am lifted
High above this Sea of Sadness
And the perils of the awful fray,
She is with me and I am saved.

It sounds very sad, and lonely, but but beautiful and full of pleasant memories. Did she die? Sorry to ask, but that's the impression I got.
