LIFE
Speak not of life in a mournful way,
That it's not worth living another day;
If humans speak so in great numbers,
The dead would rise from their slumbers.
Say not that life is an Empty dream,
Live your life as what they seem;
Life has a meaning and life is true,
This goes without saying even for you.
Know it then, that when you are gone,
Hundreds like you would be born;
They would all have a useful soul,
The grave would not be their only goal.
Life has happiness and it has sorrow,
Live it today and welcome tomorrow;
If you are able to see beyond your noses,
Life could certainly be a bed of roses.
Life may be short or it may be long,
Live it right without doing any wrong;
Make your hearts strong and brave,
Until it's time to enter your grave
Life for you is a broad battle field,
You'd be the soldier who'd never yield;
Fight for life and win the battle,
Waste not life like some stray cattle.
Forget your past however pleasant,
Bury the dead past and live the present;
Have trust in God, give him some time,
He'd reward you and make life sublime.
Life is a trip with two paths to take,
Taking the wrong turn you are sure to break;
With many a setback very hard to bear,
Confidence and faith in you would take care.
In life be sure to be loving and giving,
It's the earthly beauty of your living;
Sharing with others you are sure to find,
The bounty of life that gives peace of mind.
Let us then be up and about,
Without a word and without a shout;
With a heart and mind to face any fate,
Learn to toil hard and learn to wait.
