Let Alone Me Poem by Asma Khan

Let Alone Me

Rating: 5.0

You let alone me in dark forests of memories,
where shadows of your love fade me each time I look at myself

You let alone me in the prison of pains
where ghosts of your compassion haunt me each time see you

You let alone me in the sea of tears and scars
where I am drowning in dreams of deceit and curse

You let alone me on the doorstep of destiny
where I am knocking my luck with hopes of togetherness
everyday without an answer.

You let alone me in the world of loneliness
where your presence is playing hide and seek with me

You let alone my life in an auction of nomads
where am waiting death to come and pick me up
from the platform of torment and devastation

This is a Master piece ready to explode. The penning is exquisite, articulation superb, a beautiful story that warms the heart. Lovely. Another addition to my favourite list. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
