Kabir - Sainthood Poem by Ravi Kopra

Kabir - Sainthood

Saints do not
leave sainthood
though they
come across
countless people
with nonsense

The snakes
wrap around the
trunks and branches
of the sandalwood tree
but cannot take away
its cool essence.
