my friend
my Lord
my savior
my sword to combat evil.
Jesus Is
my way
the good way
the only way,
to salvation.
And Jesus is...
the one who saved me
the one who mended my heart
the one who gave me a brand new start.
Jesus Is...
the one who healed me
cured my blindness to see
took my sin at Cavalry
renewed my soul perfectly.
Jesus Is...
the one who died on the cross
and rose from the dead
who forgave our sins.
Jesus Is...
the miracle healer
who walked on water
who fed 5,000
who is my savior.
Jesus Is...
who I depend
he gives eternal life
he is my friend.
Jesus Is...
the Lord of Lords
the Messiah
and he's coming again soon
to help our world.
