In the midst of the desert I'm stuck;
I find myself lost in wilderness;
I'm contemplating a way out,
In the stillness of the night,
And all the illusions that I've to clear;
But the darkness of the night is so deep;
The path ahead doesn't seem so clear;
I'll still keep on moving forward,
Without any fear;
Although the road may take twists,
...and may have blind turns;
My forward journey may be too long,
And may seem to be unending;
Yet I know I'll reach one day my original point,
And find the way to my eternal abode!
