Illuminating Starlight Flickers Pokes Human Psyche Poem by Terence George Craddock

Illuminating Starlight Flickers Pokes Human Psyche

Rating: 5.0

beautiful flames must burn the wax of their own being
flickering in essences of eternal flames igniting newborn stars
across far galaxies of passing splendour illuminating heavens

individuals societies civilizations are born die under star light
ancient civilizations built stone henges to time track sol star light
winter summer solstice other mysteries encircled in time shifting

new generations are born new generations time descending
in each generation in new individuals societies civilizations
flickering lights twinkling stars cause eyes to look up in love

in wonder night sky calls flames fires under open skies
call to something primeval or hot wired into human psyche
hard wired into soul of humanity to journey in star flight
