agar tum ko jaana hi hai


meri jaan, choD jaao muje
jaisay roshni chpD jaati hai dheeray dheeray din ko
patta nahin chalta hum ko raat k aanay tak
k roshni chali gayeee hai dheeray dheeray hum se.

kitni umeedaiN uD gayi hain
sirf apna naam cHod gayi hain
kehnay ko kya theen vo. jab mohabbat nahin rehi,
choD jaao muje, meri jaan, meri umeedon ki tarah.

chup chaap chali jaana; jab khwaab
khatam hota hai, apna patta nahin choD jaata
roshni ki sirf ek kiran rah jaati hai
khawaabi k cheray pe.
