I'm Going Home Poem by Bakare Oluwagbenga Michael

I'm Going Home

My home is there;
Not anywhere around here;
I shall shed no tear;
Just 'coz i'm in fear;
I know my maker cares;
Time to go home, He declares;
I need no skill nor flair;
Because my God is fair;
The closer I trail, my path flare;
My works on earth have paid the fare...

It's not really a googbye poem. It's a vote of confidence that death of the mortal body someday in future is nothing to be scared of as long as you build your faith in your maker and do His will...

I know my maker cares; this poem seems so sad to me! cause you are like saying good bye... But you are a great devotee of God! that maked your faith so strong!
