I Forgot Why I Forget Poem by Ibnu Din Assingkiri

I Forgot Why I Forget

Rating: 5.0

O young girl,
Do not asked why
I forgot
Because I forgot
Why I forget.
When later
You grow old
You will also
Forget why you forget
Things that may not be
Right now, you forget.

A gentle and light poem about growing old and beginning to forget what you have forgotten. Very well said, Ibnu! I enjoyed reading this poem. Your poetry is very addicting, I find myself reading one after another and loving them all! You are a very observant and honest man, depicting life as it is seen through your mind and eyes. Thank you Ibnu, you and your poetry are delightful. RoseAnn
