Have there ever been a time you've fallen in love,
And they've never cared?
have you ever felt you were living a lie
but gave your all, though they were never there?
As you watched them walk away
you try and hold on not letting them go
Screaming out to only find yourself whisper softly 'i love you'
Desperately wanting them to know
Anger builds inside
you break down and cry
Just feeling like nothing in this world
Compares to the pain inside your heart
When I loved you, I was alive
Once you've left me, i felt like i died
love is no fun when you only end up hurt
that's the price you pay when expectations are high
so i repeat, i fell head over heels in love
time revealed my heart would suffer in pain
you see my dear, i really loved you,
but it was all in vain
