Greed Poem by ART PAUL SCHLOSSER

Greed

Greed
The love of money is the key
Greed
When you treat your friends like their enemies
Greed
Charging way more than what the product is worth
Greed
A kick in the leg is what you deserve

Greed
You've got ten but you want twenty
Greed
When you want way more than just plenty
Greed
You're willing to fight and stab someone for that gold ore
Greed
It's why the rich mistreat the poor

Greed
Why countries fight over a little land
Greed
The Quran says if you steal cut off your hand
Greed
You might win is the gamblers temptation
Greed
But don't blow your whole inheritance on a Las Vegas vacation

Greed
You can't take it with you when you die
Greed
In hell they gnash their teeth and cry
Greed
Will get you to justify a lie
Greed
But when your monies gone no one will be on your side
