God's Honour Poem by Vaibhav Simha

God's Honour

Rating: 5.0

Who's the one who is the master of masters?
Who's the one who is the lover of lovers?
Who's so bold who can tame the immortal beings?
Who's the one whose messages are conveyed through his teachings?

It is the almighty, the strongest of us all-
The one whose hands come for our aid when we call.
Neither can your graceful name be said
By the lowly us and such is same for even a temple's head.

A man to honour you, finds many ways;
‘For your love, I owe you', is what he says.
But what can a servant give to his unreachable master
Whose command can end a man's life way faster?

In the end it's you, who gifts us love to endure
The hardships we face and the tests we have to pass through.
For you who awakes an evil man to life,
Even though he would eventually stab your trust with his knife.

You are the one whose glory cannot be reached,
Those who tried were fatally breached.
And the question of honouring remains unsolved,
Because it provokes a thought in us that, for understanding, is far beyond!

God remains above everything . Who are we mortals to measure his power and potential....! We are just motes before Him. All glory and praise he deserves and it is from Him all goodness emanates. You have successfully tried to establish that He cannot be limited within a set frame! Good job!
