Forest Fire(For Children) Poem by Indira Renganathan

Forest Fire(For Children)

Rating: 5.0

Have you seen the sun sickly hungry
Out of hunger frenzied fiercely

One same route, round and round
Seven horses take him daily

Incessant going with no rest
Hungry and thirsty highly

He reserves the sea for his thirst
After he satiates his hungry belly

But heated up by his hungry heat
Land's parched in danger deadly

Looking for a sumptuous feast in rounds
There at last, a thicket he sees luckily

His good chance, still green and fresh
He urges to gobble it fierily

His craving tongues spread far and wide
A dense forest preyed atlast completely

Jungle fire. This is killing. Ma'am your poem reminded me of a panda being saved in a jungle fire.
