What is family
Is it in the blood
Or is it in the genes?
What does it look like
I really want to know
Perhaps it is a choice
Does it come with chains?
Or a rope tied in knots
What does a family look like
I really want to know
Is it a physical thing
I can feel or touch
Or is it the feeling you get
When someone says
I love you so much!
