Distress Of Mind Poem by RATIKANTA SAMAL

Distress Of Mind

Burdened head; lines of wrinkles
Wavy mind and miscalculated brook;
Critical review shakes the internal life
Bends down the head with a pathetic look.

Mental unhealthiness tightens hopelessness
Weakens the mental and physical ability;
The fire of distrust wraps the diligence
And the negativity breaks the activity.

Own problem affects another's condition
Leads to change of behaviour and thought;
Obstructs social life line; management too
The way of life journey imbalances at last.

Distress of mind is not infectious, a hint
Rather infections made inside of your own;
Relaxed mood and superfluous mindfulness
May evaporate your own dusty infections.
