Death Poem by Rodney Dufault

Death

Someday we too will move on,
and find out exactly what this death is,
but for now our love is too strong,
and who'll be first? I want no guesses.

If it happens to be you, that's worse,
because I'll only want to end it,
but if it happens to be me who goes first,
well then you'll find that Hell has exits.

It probably will be me,
at the rate you leave me breathless,
for honestly you fill me Lee
with the air I breathe that is so precious.

I don't ever want us to part babe.
I'd rather tear my heart from out my nexus,
and hand it off to a dark mage
to work his arts and ressurect us.

You are all I have ever wanted,
and your love is so infectious.
I really don't mind us being haunted
as long as all our time is endless.
