Contemplating Poem by Claire Abbott

Contemplating

Rating: 5.0

In the dark of the night,
I sit contemplating,
And waiting,
For the right person to come.

I feel so all alone,
Like my world has fallen apart,
I'm waiting,
For someone to catch my heart.

Its broken into pieces,
A million pieces on the floor,
I'm hoping,
Someone will love me even more.

I've been hurt,
I'm scared of what will come,
I'm praying,
One day I will find someone.

'..pieces of heart contemplating, to get back into one, and in anticipation of finding a right heart to help it! ' - very nice expression of a pure pain!
