n a traditional Haynaku there are three lines. In the 1st line there is one word, there are two words in the 2nd line, and three words in the 3rd line. There is no restrictions on syllables or stresses or rhymes

Mj! ! ! ! Thank you for pointing that out! I get so caught up with thinking and writing that I often fail to try reading it when it's done like a stranger! ! I was writing from the viewpoint you mentioned and never considered that there was another way to read it! Thank you for waking me up! ! ! I am so pleased you liked it cuz I have to admit I was a little tickled with how it turned out! ! !

Brilliant, Susan! There is a difference in meaning- -depending on whether or not I read the first line blending directly into the second. To my favourites...and a perfect 10!

I think your comment about this thing jumps around might be referencing the way the site jumps around- I found that if you uncheck the autoplay box under the poem- the jumping around ceases
