Blood And Pain
One by one,
They fall;
the red clots of my blood...
And all I can do is
watch helplessly,
Wide-eyed, fascinated,
with my whole body in a spasm of pain,
while they fall,
One by one,
The red clots of my blood...
Overt words talking of blood and the accompanying pain but make us see the laserations inflicted by somebody so close to us. Thanks for sharing this poem.
