Alone With You
Being alone with you is a breeze in July
Every time it is a torture to say goodbye.
Inside of this kaleidoscope of emotions,
The world, time and space are just notions.
The din in the background is like a murmur
When our hearts can express way firmer.
Every split second is engraved in my mind
Since my daily thoughts can't leave you behind.
A moment alone with you tastes like paradise
Before missing this sweet time, I would die twice.
And that is undying love, encapsulated in a memorable poem. Great work, Christa!
