Alone Poem by bill panelo

Alone

In my bed all alone,
Violently tossing and turning,
Dreams of losing you fight their way into my thoughts,
Wake up in a cold sweat,
I look over,
My dreams are my reality,
My life feels meaningless,
I'm alone

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

It's tough when dreams become more important than reality. Dreams should be fuel that drives us to accomplish our reality. Your poem drives this point home with well-crafted verse.

Dreams are not real Sometimes we dream To forget the real world that we live in
