Aging Precaution Poem by michael Smajda

Aging Precaution

I am looking ahead where I am walking
So as I don't trip over my toes
And have a serious senior moment
Like falling face down on my nose.
Or even worse, chancing breaking a hip
Or banging my head on harden ground
And end up, oh. never remembering
Who I am, where I am, when I am found.
