A Letter To Hira Poem by Adisa Oludare Enitan

A Letter To Hira

A toi
my soothing spring of inimitable beauty
your soft smiles and deep dimples,
a priceless sight to behold
I can't stop thinking
about those inviting eyeballs full of love and care
your overpowering touches
blast me away like a leaf bellowing in the near
in the dead end of the night
pleasant thought of you flood my memories

Like the sun from the east
you illuminated my Word
like the moon in the night
you brighten my whole heart
you mean to me more than words can express
because it is you who woke
my stony-heart with crafty and fine art.
