A Healing Of Self Judgement Poem by James Arthur Warren AKA Thundercloud Repairian

A Healing Of Self Judgement

A healing of self
Judgement
There is only one judge of yourself
and your physical, emotional and spiritual health
This is why I needed to learn
How to recognize pain and to discern
Only you can be your moral compass
Fear or love, suspicion or trust
And it's not up to you to judge another
Sister, brother, parent, partner, lover
Neither ought you judge your friends
Respect is where the judgment ends
Every human is a mirror of you
How you judge others is how you judge you
So make your bed, wash your clothes
Take a cold shower and clean your nose
Take self responsibility for your own life
Watch your mouth and don't cause strife
Never speak bad about neighbors, children or lovers
If you judge brothers, you'll be judged by others
Now I have self respect
I'll speak the truth and not lie which would be correct
And if you have nothing magnificent to say
Then perhaps it's time to have a quiet day
To look inside yourself and self reflect
Have a long hard look and introspect
When you live true and act from the heart
Quieten your mind and then you start
To respect and are happy caring for yourself
You'll improve your physical, emotional and spiritual health
But judgement, envy and pride is a disease
Making pain in the sufferer and I don't need these
So I respect that you are you
And I am I and this is true
And if I act from pride, I'm a selfish man
If I come from a space of love, I'll be the best I can
Because I know that I have what it takes
To admit when I am wrong and learn from my mistakes
And be a better human and self evolve
Like the way a problem becomes a learning challenge to solve
So my habit of judgment is one to unlearn
And have respect of self and others that I've worked hard to earn
Guilt, Blame Shame.
Feeling guilty, self to blame and shame, suicide is the perfect option for selfish people to take away the pain.
Cigarettes, alcohol, a gun messy but fun
And a much faster suicide than a long painful slow one.
But there is a solution if you want to live
Admit your mistakes, say sorry and forgive
And don't hold onto anger, hate blame and shame from the past
Live in the now with self love and acceptance and don't make the bad feelings last
