Dark Days
The conspicuous presence of the sun
makes it almost impossible to think of
the rivaling dark clouds.
Yet they come and pitch their tent.
Probably, it's for the mere existence of
the sun that the cloud is.
So when you wake bright and sunny,
don't forget the ensuing dark, cloudy days.
Let in as much light as possible
So darkness doesn't swallow traces of what was.
