Your laughter blew into my life
With swift surprise.
It spun happily around me,
Whirling with dizzy speed.
Its breeze licked and kissed
At my ears.
Entering quickly,
It found places in my mind,
My heart, my soul.
It raced in,
Filling me with a whirlwind
Of joyous anticipation.
Its breeze licked and kissed At my ears. Entering quickly, It found places in my mind, My heart, my soul. beautiful write.love your write
@Siyabonga a Nxumalo Thank you. It was a joy for it to flow from my pen.
A beautiful poem, Sandi. Oh, to have that glorious feeling. Thanks for sharing
@Ruth Walters Thanks for visiting. You've given an accurate and exciting evaluation. Too bad that some of the best romance poetry is based on idealistic and unrealistic fixations. Thank God that those feelings can certainly be had, later in life, in mature, long-lasting relationships, lol.
This sounds like love, the first exciting moments when you know you've connected and you're filled with that special, uplifting buoyancy that carries you along on cloud nine :)
