You're A Woman Poem by Dhiren Doley

You're A Woman

An endless expanse
Who has laid in you!
How do you bear
The boundless breeze
Calmness of the nights
Day's brilliance
Countless cloud- charming

The weary day retires in your bosom
The watches of the night are in your eyes
‘tis like a dream- your breath bears me
The plenitude of hope

A limitless sky in you;
Mobility of the rivers
Age line of life
Ballads of sorrows and happiness
All are engraved in your benevolence

You're a woman
Kind, generous, vast;
The origin of my courage, my hopes
And of my dreams
