You Make Your Own Bed You Have To Lie In It Poem by Frank Sheehan

You Make Your Own Bed You Have To Lie In It

A saying for the ages
It rings of truth
You may not
realize it
when you're making
your own bed
though it has
serious ramifications
You may do it
on a whim
or for casual
sexual pleasure
But it has
real consequences
that extend
to most of
your daily life
You can become entrapped
in a situation
that you really
don't desire
So Beware of what
you wish for!
