Within this shell:
A vibrant universe
Of churning waves;
Of seagulls' calls.
Within this shell;
The salt rich sea;
The sandy bay;
The rising cliffs.
Within this shell
Of ghostly white:
The roaring winds;
The whispering gods.
Within this shell:
The broken world's woes
And night time fears;
The sweet angels' songs.
Within this shell:
My eerie souvenirs
Of an enchanted,
Yet haunted season.
