Western Haiku 2 Poem by Frank Sheehan

Western Haiku 2

U.S. Marine
strolls across road
sacrificing all

School buses
marching in unison
to deliver precious cargo

What is life if
you don't have your health?
Dreadful times

Cotton ball clouds
pester aqua sky
after light rain

AC/DC
rings Hell's Bells
rocking out

High-spirited afternoon
spending time
with Son

Strutting along
on Boardwalk
cresting waves

Texts, emails......
pound my phone
relentlessly

Students pile out
of High School
traumatic endeavors
