We Will Do Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

We Will Do

A scary beginning
Chasing the dreams-
Getting mad over singing
Soon after feeling devastated.

Joining the dream-team
After, seeking divine blessings
Guessing a non-violent struggle
All those sights, sounds and scenes.

Without having a thought
No preaching, no teaching
A peep into the heap of ruins
Self-blaming for the presence.

Inability to express in words-
The greatest freedom on earth
The fundamentals of the universe
Beyond the reach of an ordinary man.

Will this life-span be enough?
To witness, dealing with the evil
Where dishonesty, cheating or hate
Greatest monsters co-exist here-with?

Let me affirm here together with you
While racing across, being not crazy
Getting not hot, cool or lazy at all
Yes, we all can and we will do.
