We endorsed our love by holding hands
And not by shackling our soul.

We showed to this world
That our love is not slavery
It is in sync with mind and body.

We kissed each other
Not to fulfil desires
But to enjoy eternal bliss.

We learned to enjoy the heat of the sun
And warmth of the moon
To decorate the heart and soul.

With age, we conquered grace of an adult
And learned to live this life on our terms
Not by the will and wish of others.
