We All Lose, When There Is A War Poem by Hebert Logerie

We are all at a lost, when there is a war
Fools can't fight, they send other people
To fight for them. Warmongers are cowards
They are not heroes. Right now, the bloody bar
Is unfortunately set too low. Draft dodgers
Are in command, our disadvantaged people
Are in trouble, standing to lose their precious lives
Over stupid wars, which don't benefit them
War is hell on earth. It is sad when the dam
Is around the corner. Simply check the archives
To see how many young men and women
Who have died for oil and for vanity, where old cowards
Have hidden under bunkers, meanwhile young brothers
And sisters have faced deadly machine guns' fires
Abroad, and death was the sole and only option
War is hell. When hard core criminals are in power
God is not amused seeing how our brave soldiers
Are being wasted. There's no future. Death is at the corner
Waiting for young fresh blood, waiting for brave souls
To lose their precious lives unfairly. We all lose
We are all the victims of bad decisions, when we let fools
Make decisions for us. War is stupid. War is not the answer
Peace and love are compatible. War is hell. War is a crime
Against humanity. It's sad seeing young people die at their prime
Real leaders want peace. True peacemakers are patient and decisive
Fascists love wars and fools are violent, stubborn and aggressive
We all lose, when there's a stupid war
God, next time, please raise the bar.
