Unto action
- - - - - - - -
Thinking all day
Painting them in colours
Bright and gay
Sometimes come smiles
With fancy pictures
Sometimes glooms
With fancy nightmares
Thinking and thinking
And the day turns into noon
Noon into evening
Without any action
Within a hut of stone
Then how vain was thinking
Brought you to nowhere
It had just aged your time
Then something stirs you into action
Impelled by nature
You go on putting action and action
Without any direction
And thinking hides in idle zone
Like sun and moon
They can't see each other
Action without thinking is disaster
You are a performer
Not an iota of doubt we see
But barely think while performing
And vice versa
Oh, it can be a boon
When these two elements
Are blended together into action
Good or conducive
They will bestow happiness
On you beyond anticipation
Like sun and moon They can't see each other Action without thinking is disaster You are a performer.................................beautiful poem like it
Sometimes we simply idle away our time, just planning and thinking without doing anything! Sometimes we move into action without direction! But at times we blend action and thought...... Then, sure it is going to yield a bumper crop and we can rejoice over our accomplishment! A great poem!

Beautiful poem. Very true said, we should plan and act to get the desired results. Just staying in thoughts is of no use. Great message. Loved it.
