To A Posh English Girl Poem by Christan Bowen

To A Posh English Girl

with water passing through ancient bricks
and to see the sun as it sits
I do admit to lust and trust issues
would I invite you, just to miss you?

the love of pain takes aim and does
what trick it can, all because
your flower is a lilly
with fellows acting silly
do we really wanna dance tonight
and hold each other till morning light?

I bridge the gap between you and I
and conjour up a psychic side
love is devoured
I would eat the flowers
but love is skipped
clothes and souls get ripped

marriage you can have
my soul and your autograph
im not about to ask for your hand
when I am a game playing man
to give up to you
would not do
everything is put away
and everything askew

few will mention
all of the tension
but I will center
and say do not enter
unless you have come to be eaten
beaten into submission
this is the vision
the quest
you my love,
are my pirate chest
