The Road Poem by Ramakrushna Sahu

The Road

The road is not plain and straight
It can't be and shouldn't be
For creativity is a difficult job
And the traders on this path
Must have a strong vision
A clean heart and a wise mind

The road has many turns & stiffs
It penetrats the primitive forests
Jumps over rivers, climbs hills
It passes through dangers & death
It is only for them
Who love adventures and ascend

The path of evolution
Is not a easy one

However danger and difficult
the road may be
It is bestowed with bliss and beauty
It is not for the week and coward
But for the explorers
Who welcomes death
For the sake of self discovery.
