The Little Who Goes To The Sea Poem by Jose Lu

The Little Who Goes To The Sea

Rating: 5.0

Winds at the shore blows
From the west he comes
strolling
He left a little trace on the sand

He brings his little head to the ocean
little people, for long he'll still a little
At the sea
He will always knows

A hope
A journey
A joy
Yet a pain

He reached the beach; the wind blows gentle
Brushing his little face:
The little waves strokes his little feet
Like old days, he always knows his sea.

He start to row the boat
to the middle; there's when he'll stop

A little fish; he could catch it all
But until when?
Just when?

A smile appeared on his lips; the blue eyes are empty
He just can do this, waiting for something

If only pain came,
the one'll just sit.
Staring at the sky, counting at the remote stars

He'll just start to stares the waves
or the birds,
or the sand
Until his pain is numb

For he alone;
His wife is dead.
long, long gone,
he just could be alone and dread.

But he still keeps his hope
for the sea,

For a long time,
His hopes still goes for the sea.
