The Knife Fell From Her Hand Poem by Shaun Cronick

The Knife Fell From Her Hand

Rating: 5.0

With pale set face and eyes cast down,
The guilty woman feebly stands.
I cannot do the deed she cried,
And the knife fell from her hand.

But I must she so sadly cried,
And for the sharp knife she feels.
And with tears pouring from her eyes,
The onions she then peels.
