We all live in glass houses,
With our flaws on display.
We can see the cracks in others,
But we often turn a blind eye to our own.
We throw stones at those who are different,
But we forget that we are all the same.
We all have our flaws,
And we all make mistakes.
Tempted to throw stones?
Take a moment to think about your flaws.
Are you really in a position to judge?
Or should you just keep your thoughts to yourself?
We all live in glass houses,
But we don't have to live in fear.
We can learn to be more understanding,
And more forgiving of each other.
We can build a world where everyone feels safe,
And where everyone is accepted for who they are.
We can start by looking in the mirror,
And seeing our own flaws.
Then we can start to build a better world,
One stone at a time.
