The Fold Poem by Steve Howard

The Fold

They were told what to think,
and thought what was told,
that the ice was quite hot,
and the fire was quite cold.
Don't believe what you see,
it's a lie you've been sold.
You'll be safe in the flock,
you'll be safe in the fold.
