The Feeling Of Boredom Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

The Feeling Of Boredom

Rating: 4.2

When a politician finds no cheering crowds
thronging in both sides of the road,
he feels bored for setting foot in politics.
A simple doubt makes the scientist sleepless
as it hinders his efforts to find the truth.
A doctor ails from the tedium of life
when patients fail to enter his clinic.
Ennui enshrouds the minds of business magnets,
if the people invade not on their empires.
The students feel bored and escape the classes
if some jesting teachers are absent.
A lover feels restless and roams here and there
if response isn't received from the other end.
The young ones doing programmes feel disheartened
if they don't get ‘likes' in Google's ‘Mx Taka tak'
Have you ever seen in any part of the world
anyone using Cell-phone complaining of boredom?
