That's Why I'M Afraid Poem by Neela Nath Das

That's Why I'M Afraid

Rating: 5.0

If this is a wind
like rubbish whirl,
it will take all the
smelly things to make
a heap of garbage.
I don't need this thing.
It's better to be far away
from the guy who creates it.
That's why I'm afraid.

Afraid you might fall for the lines of A man untrue only to realize it was all rubbish. That is what I got out of it. I really like how you worded this poem and he it gets right to the point but makes you ponder what you mean for a bit. I love poems that make you think. Also just my opinion in the second line if you deleted the word A and wrote it like... If this is a wind of rubbish whirl, it might sound better. It's great either way but when I read it which was like 4 times I kept finding myself removing the A from the second line.
