Suddenly
Suddenly they attacked
-as if led by Genghis
-or Arabs;
-hungry and barefoot
-intention to rob, loot…
But were not;
-they danced waltz
-in the open skies
-joyfully, hand in hand
-side by side, arm in arm!
One could see the sorrow
-as approached nearer
-they soloed and melted!
The flakes that in past
-landed on the grass
-blanket and flat
-died in heat of the cars
-and smoke of exhaust!
On ground, if they reached
-what remained was slush!
With passage of the bus
-mud water splashed
-passengers in the line.
With the melting flakes
-empty became chest
-burned my ribs like steak
-to fill eyes, that turned red.
Rained the chain of questions:
- "What? What? What? "
- "What happened? "
- "What went wrong? "
- "Is Nature our mother?
- "Why do we pollute air? "
- "Who can kill own mother? "

Any sudden attack provokes thought. Mother Nature should be protected time to time. An interesting poem is beautifully penned.
